
The Shenzhen Wancun Renovation Plan is a long-term rental apartment project launched by Vanke in response to the government's call. It transforms the scattered and disorderly style self built houses in fishing villages.


Due to the complexity of the renovation project, the initial construction progress was slow. From April to November 2018, only 6073 entry doors were delivered, approximately 16000 were to be delivered in December 2018, and approximately 39000 were to be delivered in 2019. The delivery pressure was unprecedented and almost impossible to complete. After repeated discussions and consultations with Vanke, Helemen Industry has established the Wancun Project Operation and Dispatch Command Center. Combining with Helemen Industry's comprehensive operational advantages, it comprehensively connects the entire chain of raw material supply chain, production, logistics transportation, and on-site construction, forming the highest priority full chain response plan.
1、Product standardization+workplace standardization
On the basis of Vanke's advantages in refined management, we will collaborate with Vanke to standardize the products and construction work surfaces of Wancun entrance doors, refine detailed progress plan nodes, and lay the foundation for the full chain response plan.
2、Intelligent operation management system one-stop order scheduling
Through the Hele Intelligent Operation Management System, the production schedule of the Wancun Project is imported to achieve automatic and accurate decomposition of order prefabrication, raw material procurement and storage, production schedule, and logistics planning systems. The system achieves efficient operation and closed-loop of circular material preparation, circular production scheduling, and circular logistics.
3、7-day product processing cycle for intelligent manufacturing dedicated line
Fully leverage the advantages of intelligent manufacturing in Hele Door Industry, with dedicated line production and intelligent system cycle scheduling, to achieve a 7-day maximum product processing cycle for dedicated lines.
4、Efficient collaboration of three-stage logistics transportation
The on-site construction equipment conditions of each renovation project are rudimentary, the transportation roads are narrow, and the vertical transportation of on-site handling is not smooth, which limits the traditional transportation mode. After repeated discussions on the company's logistics platform, a Shenzhen Boyu General Warehouse was established, and a professional logistics team was dispatched. A three-stage transportation mode was determined, which includes "whole vehicle transportation to Shenzhen General Warehouse, small vehicle diversion transportation to project, and professional handling team distribution and transportation upstairs". Through efficient cooperation of intelligent logistics systems, seamless and efficient response of logistics transportation was achieved. We have successively put in 162 vehicles, 938 vehicles for small car diversion transportation, and 58 logistics personnel for handling.
